🔒 Secure Data Handling – All data is encrypted and temporarily securely stored, & only accessible only to authorised personnel.
🔒 No Session Recordings – Heidi is a VOICE to TEXT AI system that does not record or store session information. All notes from session are deleted immediately after the session. 

🔒 No AI Decision-Making – Heidi supports my practice but does not replace human judgment in therapy or diagnosis. It will not change how you experience your therapy, it will just change how Deb is able to use her time outside of sessions.
